HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? 

Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at hello@skinglow.co with your order number and we will guide you through the steps towards a successful return and refund! Once we've received and checked your returned product, we will refund your money immediately! (Refunds can take up to 5 days to process depending on your bank)

Please note that the product must be unused and remain in a new condition when we receive it back.

WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED IN MY RETURNS?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer and we do not cover them currently.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED? 

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package and in accordance with our money-back guarantee we will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible!

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order at hello@skinglow.co. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification/or cancellation you would like to make and we’ll confirm once it has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please do not request a chargeback with your bank before you have contacted us. We are always MORE than happy to assist you with a return/refund or order cancellation so please fill out our contact form or email us at info@skin-glow.co and allow 2 working days for a response and we promise we will do our absolute BEST to make you happy!
